Our apartments find in the green of the campsite , with a covered veranda with plastic table and chairs for your relax moments.
All apartments are well equipped with dishes, pots, blankets and pillows up to six people; bed linen are not included.
All apartments are air-conditioned or heated and are well shaded and ventilated.
N.B: In all our the apartments ARE pets welcome!
The Camping Ancora have 36 brick apartments of approximately 30 sqm, perfect from 4 up to 6 people, all air-condioned and heated .
31 one-floor apartment composed by:
- a double standard room and a small room with two bunk beds;
- bathroom with shower;
- living room with kitchenette, refrigerator, television;
- a sofa bed two places.
5 two-floor apartment , with winding staircase, composed by:
Ground floor:
a living room with kitchenette, refrigerator, TV; a sofa bed for two seats; a pull-out bed.
First floor:
a room with a double bed and one single bed, bathroom with shower.

Weekly rates include 4 persons, water, electricity, gas, final cleaning and service beach with 1 guaranteed beach umbrella and 1 sun-deck from the 01/06 to the 13/09. Bed Linen and Towels NOT included.
Excluding TOURIST TAX OF € 0.60 per person per day for a maximum of 14 days. (free for children up to 11 years old) that should be paied only by cash
In high season the minimal stay is 7 days, from Saturday to Saturday. Arrival after 4 pm. Check-out time by 10 am.

Booking Conditions
Reservations are accepted for a minimum of 7 days exclusively via email to info@campingancora.it with notification of the reading by the Camping and relative written reply.
Voice or telephone bookings are not accepted.
To confirm the reservation, a deposit of € 250.00 or € 500.00 is required, depending on the amount of the stay, to be paid by bank transfer, cash or credit card (We do not accept American Express).
Cancellation Policy before arrival:
Booking cancellations are accepted EXCLUSIVELY VIA EMAIL TO INFO@CAMPINGANCORA.IT WITH NOTIFICATION THAT THE CAMPING HAS BEEN READING AND WRITTEN REPLY.
We do not accept cancellations given verbally or by telephone. Email should be sent maximun 24 hours after your arrive day on booking
- 100% of the deposit paid will be refunded only by bank transfer within 21 days of the arrival date.
- 50% of the deposit paid will be refunded only by bank transfer within 15 days from the arrival date.
- Beyond this date, the entire deposit paid will be retained.

In serious and exceptional cases (deaths, hospitalizations and/or cases considered serious proven by certificates that will be requested), and at the discretion of the Management, the customer who has canceled the reservation can receive a "Stay Voucher" equal to 50% of the deposit paidThe voucher issued must MANDATORY be used in the current season and no later than the closing date of the Campsite. Any Vouchers presented the following year WILL HAVE NO VALUE.

Prepaied booking are NOT refundable at all
The balance of the entire stay is required upon arrival (after having possibly viewed THE ASSIGNED STRUCTURE ON FOOT), by cash, credit card (No American Express) or debit card unless otherwise agreed with the Management. We do not accept checks.
The tourist tax due and the deposit of the parking key of € 20.00 must be paid exclusively in cash.
LATE ARRIVALS
No refunds are made for late arrivals with respect to the original booking date, unless otherwise agreed with the Management. Any communications in this regard must MANDATORY via email to INFO@CAMPINGANCORA.IT with notification of having been read by the Camping and relative response.
EARLY DEPARTURES than the prebooked stay with deposit or prepaied stay.
There will be NO REFUND for early departure with respect to the booked or already prepaid stay.
In exceptional cases of medical emergencies (hospitalization, covid, or illness during the stay), promptly accompanied by a doctor's certificate, the following applies instead:
Early departure for medical emergencies must be sent EXCLUSIVELY VIA EMAIL TO INFO@CAMPINGANCORA.IT WITH NOTIFICATION OF READING BY THE CAMPING AND RELATED RESPONSE ON THE MATTER.
We do not accept requests received by voice or by telephone.
The customer who leaves the campsite early will have to pay a penalty equal to 50% of the remaining amount of the booked and / or already paid stay.
Any excess remaining after the penalty due WILL BE RETURNED EXCLUSIVELY THROUGH BANK TRANSFER TO THE IBAN INDICATED BY THE CUSTOMER.
The medical certificate and the bank IBAN must be sent exclusively by email no later than 7 days from the date of early departure.
Any anomaly, breakage or complaint of the assigned accommodation must reach the Management no later than the day of arrival. Complaints exposed in the days following arrival or departure will not be considered truthful.
